The list will be in force for a period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the

publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,

there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this

list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names

in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be

rechecked if the candidates apply for it in the prescribed application along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee

of  50 (Rupees Fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account ‘0051-PSC-105

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost

from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down loaded and printed in A4

Valid Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the Deputy Secretary II (Exams),

has come into force. The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is

20-9-2012. Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the

prescribed form will not be entertained.

In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time

limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the

rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates, who wish to obtain a photocopy of the OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) should remit the prescribed

fee of  200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-

800 State PSC-99 Other receipts”. The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s

Website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should reach The Deputy Secretary-II (Examinations), Kerala

Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date of publication of the Ranked List.

The Application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheet invalidated due to any

defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and

legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Entries put in column 7 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications

form and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted

in this list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary-II, (Examination),

Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of

publication of the ranked list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely

List of Short Lists. The requisite marks have

4. The candidates included in the Short List

shall produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as

per G. O. (P) No. 117/2008/SCSTDD dated

19-12-2008 or G. O. (P) No. 81/09/SCSTDD

dated 26-9-2009. Such candidates in the Main

List who fail to produce Non Creamy Layer

Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit

of community reservation and will be

considered as open competition candidates.

deleted from the Short List without further

notice, if they fail to produce the Non

Creamy Layer Certificate. SC/ST Candidates

shall produce Caste Certificate obtained from

Revenue Authorities not below the Rank of

Tahsildar as specified in Kerala Gazette along

with other documents.

5. The place, date and time of interview will be

intimated in due course.

6. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not

included in the List are advised to refer to

Notification Number ER VII(3)1654/11EW

dated13-7 2012 of Secretary, Kerala Public

Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram

showing the details of invalidated answer

scripts and the reasons thereof.

7. According to the existing procedure,

revaluation of answer scripts is not

allowed. But answer scripts will be

rechecked and photocopy of answerscripts

will be issued after the publication of

Ranked List if applied as per rules.

found in the Ranked List notification for
