Ranked List (on or before 14-9-2012). A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR
answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an
answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Candidates desiring to get rechecked their answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may apply for
rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List (on or before 14-9-2012).
“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the
Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the
Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be
considered”.
The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of 50 under the head of account
“0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee”, addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission
Office, Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List (on or before
14-9-2012). Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be
refunded.

Note:—(1) A Period of forty five days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with
effect from the date of on which the of Ranked List brought into force. The candidates can avail only one
chance.
“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from
the enquiry sections of the various officers of the commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size
paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other
manner will not be considered.”

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this
selection shall remit the fee of 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of account: 0051 PSC-105-State PSC-99
other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s Website
www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service
Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta within 45 days from the date on which this ranked list is brought into force. A
Copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any
defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own,
and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be
entertained.
The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for 50 under the head of
account “0051- PSC 105 State PSC 99- Examination Fee” addressed to the District Officer , Kerala Public Service
Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be
entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

(Fifty five) marks or above are included in
the main list of this Short List. The requisite
marks have been lowered to the extent

Produce self attested copies of documents to
prove their
claims made in the application,
regarding qualification, date of birth,
community and other benefits, if any, which
they are entitled to at the time of verification
of original documents prior to interview.

Physically Handicapped candidates are not
eligible for this post. SC/ST candidates
included in the Short list shall required to
produce 2 copies of Community Certificate
issued by the Revenue Authorities, not below
the Rank of a Tahsildar.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes
included in this list who are required to produce Non
Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No.81/09/SC ST DD
dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along with the
other documents mentioned above as and when called for.
Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce
the required Community Certificate/Non Creamy Layer
Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of communal
reservation and will be considered as open competition
candidates.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of
answer scripts is not allowed. But Candidates can apply
for re-checking of their answer scripts only after the
approval of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed
instructions will be found in the Ranked List notification
for this post copy of the answer scripts of the OMR test
held on 6-1-2011 will be issued to those candidates who
apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after
approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register
Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to the
Notification No. ER. VII (3) 1654/11/EW dated 13-7-2012.

The following list contains the name of the candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the
Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 7-6-2008 & 26-11-2010 (Supplementary OMR Test) and the verification of
original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 7-7-2012 for selection to the post of
Data Entry Operator on 4200-9050 (PR) in District Co-operative Bank in Kottayam District
(Category No. 81/2006 & 82/2006) arranged in the order of merit.
The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 14-8-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till the
publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years
whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders
regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the
Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,
there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the
list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the
list.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed.
But answer scripts will
be re-checked only after the publication of Ranked List, if prescribed fee of 50 (Fifty only) is remitted in
any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”.
Applications for re-checking of the answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free
of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 size
paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. The original chalan receipt for
the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for re-checking. Applications submitted in any other manner
will not be considered.
In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed
time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of
the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection
shall remit a fee of 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account
“0051-PSC-800-Other receipts 99-Other receipts”. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from
the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer,
Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kottayam within 45 days from the date on which this ranked list
is brought into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet
invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet
which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSC
District Office, Kottayam shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List has come
into force (i.e., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). Applications for
re-checking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be
entertained. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will
not be considered. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their
application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been
correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala
Public Service Commission District Office, Kottayam within one month from the date of publication of this ranked list
to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding
discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

The candidates who have secured 39 (Thirty Nine)
marks and above are included in the Main List of the
Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the
extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists for
reservation group of communities.
The date, time and place of interview will be
intimated in due course.
Note:—(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is
purely provisional, subject to scrutiny and
admission of applications on absolute basis.
Inclusion of register number, in the Short List
does not confer any right on the candidate to
be called for interview and subsequent
inclusion in the Ranked List.
(2) The Short List is prepared based on the
details furnished by the candidate in the
application and subsequent claims made will
not be entertained at any stage.
(3) The candidates whose Register numbers are
included in the Short List are directed to sent
self attested copies of documents to prove
their claims made in the applications i.e.
qualifications, date of birth, community and
other benefits if any, to which they are entitled
to the District Officer, KPSC District Office,
Kasaragod within 15 days from the date of
publication of this Notification.
(4) Details of scripts invalidated as per Notification
No. ER VII (3) 3518/11/EW dated 13-7-2012 is
appended.
(5) According to the existing procedure,
revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.
But answer scripts will be rechecked and
photocopy of answer script will be issued after
the publication of the Ranked List, if applied
as per rules. Detailed instructions in this
regard will be issued in the Notification of
Ranked List. Applications for rechecking/
photocopy of invalidated answer script will not
be considered.

The following are the Register Numbers of candidates
who are provisionally considered for inclusion in the
Ranked List for selection to the post of Last Grade
Servants (Ex-servicemen only) on 4300-5930 (PR) in
NCC/Sainik Welfare Department in Kasaragod District
notified as Category No. 239/2008 in the Gazette dated
28-6-2008 on the basis of the objective type test (OMR
Valuation) held on 31-7-2010.
The arrangement of numbers in the list are in their
numerical sequence and in no way indicate the respective
rank on the basis of the marks secured in the said test.
Alphabet ‘B’ shall be prefixed to all Register Numbers
to denote Kasaragod District.

marks are included in the List. The verification of original
documents of the candidates included in the above list
will be held on 20-9-2012 at 10 a.m. at Kerala Public
Service Commission, District office, ‘Tiger Hills’, Municipal
Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod.
Note:— (1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is

for inclusion in the list.
(5) Application for rechecking and request for
issue of copy of OMR sheet will be
considered only after the publication of the
Ranked List.
