to the Superintending Engineer, PWD National Highway

(Central) Circle, Vyttila, Kochi-19.

A pre bid meeting will be held in the office of the

Superintending Engineer, PWD National Highway (Central)

Circle, Vyttila, Kochi-19, on the prescribed date and time

to clarify the issues and to answer questions on any

matter that may be raised at that stage.

Bidders are also requested to search “Public Notice”

in Kerala PWD Website www.keralapwd.gov. in regularly

for any changes effected in the tender notice after

publishing the same in the newspapers and before

publishing in e-GP site.

Minutes of the pre-bid meeting, corrigendum/

addendum, which form part of the tender document, shall

only be published in the e-GP website and bidders are

advised to check the website regularly for the updates

related to the tender before submitting the tender.

The bidding authority reserves the right to modify/

cancel any or all bid without assigning any reasons. The

PWD will not be responsible for any error like missing of

Schedule data while downloading by the bidder and non

receipt of documents/delay in respect of tenders sent by
