Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this
selection shall remit the fee of 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of account: 0051 PSC-105-
State PSC-99 other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the
Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The District
Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Ernakulam within 45 days from the date on which this
ranked list is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies
of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from
applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against
those who do so. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.
The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of 50 under the
head of account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee”, addressed to The District Officer, Kerala Public
Service Commission District Office, Ernakulam should reach the office on or before 25-10-2012. Application for
rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The following is the Short List containing the
Register Numbers of candidates who are found
provisionally eligible to be called for interview for
selection to the post of Staff Nurse Grade-II on
7480-11910 (Pre-revised) in the Health Services
Department in Pathanamthitta District (Cat. No. 201/2010)
on the basis of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test
held on 21-5-2011.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical
sequence and the arrangement does not in any way
indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test.
The alphabet ‘H’ shall be prefixed to all Register
Numbers to indicate Pathanamthitta District.
The date, time and place of interview will be
intimated in due course.

Note :—1. Inclusion of Register Numbers in this lists is
purely provisional subject to the absolute
scrutiny of application. Inclusion of Register
Numbers in the short List does not confer any
right on the candidates for subsequent
inclusion in the Ranked List.
2. The Short List is prepared based on the
details furnished by the candidate in the
application and subsequent claims made will
not be entertained at any stage.
3. The candidates who have obtained 45
(Forty five) marks or above are included in the
Main List of this Short list. The requisite
marks have been lowered to the extent
necessary in respect of the supplementary
Lists. Candidates whose Register Numbers are
included in the Short List are directed to
produce self attested copies of documents to
prove their claims made in the application,
regarding qualification, date of birth,
community and other benefits, if any, which
they are entitled to, at the time of verification
of original documents prior to interview.
4. SC/ST candidates included in the Short List
shall required to produce 2 copies of
Community Certificate issued by the Revenue
Authorities, not below the Rank of a Tahsildar.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes
included in this list who are required to produce Non-
Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 81/09/SCSTDD
dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along with the
other documents mentioned above as and when called for.
Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the
required Community Certificate/Non-Creamy Layer
Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of communal
reservation and will be considered as open competition
candidates.
According to the existing procedure Re-valuation of
answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply
for re-checking of their answer scripts only after the
approval of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed
instruction will be found in the Ranked List notification
for this post Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR
Test held on 21-5-2011 will be issued to those candidates
who apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after
approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register
Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to the
Notification No. ER VII (3) 3518/11/EW dated 13-7-2012
and 4-9-2012.

4. The candidates included in the Short List
except SC and ST candidates, shall produce

G.O. (P) No. 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009.
SC/ST candidates shall produce Caste
Certificate obtained from Revenue Authorities
not below the rank of Tahsildar as specified
in Kerala Gazette along with other document
mentioned above or as and when called for.
The Register Numbers of the candidates
included in the Supplementary Lists of the
Short List who fail to produce the required
Non Creamy Layer Certificates will be deleted
from the Short List without further notice.
5. The place, date and time of Interview will be
intimated in due course.
6. According to the existing procedure,
revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.
But answer scripts will be rechecked and
photocopy of answer scripts will be issued
after the publication of Ranked List, if applied
as per rules. Detailed instructions in this
regard will be found in the Ranked List
Notification for this post. Candidates whose
register Numbers are invalidated are advised
to refer to the notification No. ER II (1)941/
11/EW dated 4-4-2012.
