SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. P1-3195/2013/157.
1st January 2013.
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the
following stores required for our printing establishment for
the year 2013-14 in prescribed tender form for each item
which can be obtained from our office on application in
writing and remittance of cost applicable for each form
upto 3 p. m. on 4-3-2013. Those who want the form by
post have to sent ` 50 towards postages extra. Last date
for submitting the tenders, items covered under the
tender form, quantity, general conditions applicable etc. are
given in the tender documents. More details can be
obtained from our office over phone No. 0484-2422343 or
from our website www.keralabooks.org. The EMD
exemption/Security Deposit exemption allowed for any
tenderers during the preceeding year/years may be treated
as cancelled. The tender when submitted shall invariably
contain EMD and agreement, failing which the tender
submitted will be treated as invalid. Request for adjustment
of any EMD/SD/any other amount due to the tenderer from
the society will not be allowed under any circumstance.
