Ref:—High Court notifications of even number dated 1-2-2011, 1-4-2011, 27-6-2012 and 3-11-2012.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 123 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the High Court of

In exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure,
