SHORT TENDER NOTICE No. 4

No. A2/5172/2013/W&CH.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the

Installation of used Sanitary Napkin Disposer

in the ward of Office of the Superintendent,

W&C Hospital, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram.

SPECIFICATION

1.

Should have a capacity to dispose 10 pads at a

time.

2.

Should work with within power supply 230±10

Volts, 50 Hz AC.

3.

Power Consumption shall not exceed 750 Watts

per disposal.

4.

Should be wall mounted type suitable for

installing inside the Ladies toilets.

5.

Should be user friendly and easily operable.

6.

Should have approval of Kerala State Pollution

Control Board.

7.

Should have two years unconditional warranty.

8.

During warranty down time shall not exceed 5%

of the total warranty period (36 days for two

years). In case of default the warranty period

will be extended automatically without further

notice.

The tender forms issued from this office of the

undersigned on all working days up to 8-3-2013 at

12 noon. The cost of tender forms is as per Government

rules. The cover containing the tenders and the

documents

should

be

superscribed

as

tender

No. 4/2012-13. The last date and time of receipt of tenders

are 8-3-2013 at 2 p.m.

The tender will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p. m.

in the presence of the tenderers authorized person. The

following documents should be produced along with the

tender. An agreement in Stamp Paper ` 100. A Demand

Draft of 1% of the quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit

in the name of Superintendent, Women and Children's

Hospital, Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram as Demand Draft.

The details of it can be available from the office during

on all the working hours. Rates quoted shall be inclusive

of installation and commissioning.
