NOTICE

No. WCA-361/2011.

31st October 2011.

Whereas KSEB Electrical Division, Pathanamthitta has

deposited with this Court an amount of ` 8,20,400

(Rupees Eight lakhs twenty thousand and four hundred

only) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the

dependents of the deceased workman Sri Biju Kumar who

met with a fatal accident on 18-12-2010 and subsequent

death on 22-12-2010, arising out of and in the course of

his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Pathanamthitta, it is understood

that the following persons are the dependents of the

deceased workman within the meaning of Section

2(1) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923.

Now, therefore notice is hereby given that any other

persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased

Workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me

within 15 (fifteen ) days from the date of publication of

this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are

received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount

of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents

mentioned above. Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will

not be considered.

Kerala State Electricity Board, Mavelikkara has deposited with

this court, a sum of ` 7,47,600 ( Rupees Seven lakh forty

seven thousand and six hundred only)

as compensation to be disbursed to the dependents of the

deceased Sri V. M. Shony who met with a fatal accident

while employed under the Kerala State Electricity Board and
