Director of Ports, Directorate of Ports, Valiyathura,
Vallakkadavu P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 008, invites
on-line bids towards the development of Azhikkal Port in
Kannur District, in Kerala State, South India under PPP
Model.
Details of the Project—Establishment of a Shipyard/
Ship repairing yard in acreated land at Mattool, Azhikkal
(PAC—` 200 Cr.), Development of Port facilities near the
existing wharf (PAC—` 50 Cr.) and in acreated land near
the breakwaters including LPG terminal (PAC—` 10 Cr.),
Slipway-cum-Dry-dock (PAC—` 10 Cr.), Multi-purpose
terminal and O & M of above Port facilities
(PAC—` 40 Cr.).
The bid submission is through our e-tender website
only (www.keralaports.abcprocure.com).
EMD—` 10 lakhs or 1% of the estimated Project
cost as declared by the Developer, whichever is higher.
Cost of tender form—` 26,250 (including tax).
Downloading of bid documents—7-2-2013 to
6-3-2013 upto 10 a. m.
Last date and time for receipt of bid in the e-tender
website—6-3-2013 upto 10.30 a. m.
Pre-bid meeting and site visit—11 a. m. on
22-2-2013 at Azhikkal.
Opening of tender—At 11 a. m. on 6-3-2013 at
Directorate of Ports, Trivandrum.
