III: A period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with
effect from the date of approval of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after
the approval of Ranked List. Candidates desiring to get rechecked their answer script relating to the written
test held for selection to the post may apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the
Ranked List. (on or before 9-11-2012)
“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of

The following is the Short List containing Register
Numbers of candidates who were found provisionally
eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post
of Staff Nurse in Insurance Medical Services Department
on ` 7480-11910 (PR) in Kannur District (Category
No. 32/2010) on the basis of the Objective Type Test
(OMR Valuation) held on 6-1-2011.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical
sequence and the arrangement does not in any way
indicate their respective rank on the basis of the
Objective test.
The alphabet ‘C’ shall be prefixed to all register
numbers to indicate Kannur District.

Note:—(i)
Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is
purely provisional, subject to scrutiny and
admission of applications on absolute basis.
Inclusion of Register Numbers in the Short
List does not confer any right on the candidate
to be invited for interview or for subsequent
inclusion in the Ranked List.
(ii) The Short List is prepared based on the
details furnished by the candidates in the
application and subsequent claims made will
not be entertained at any stage.
(iii) The candidates who have secured 50 (fifty)
marks and above are included in the Main List
of this Short List. The required marks have
been lowered to the extent necessary in
respect of the Supplementary Lists.
(iv) The Candidates whose Register Numbers are
included in the Short List are directed to send
self attested copies of documents to prove
their claims made in the application, i.e.,
qualification, date of birth, community (Caste
Certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates
and Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O.
(P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 in
the case of Other Backwared Communities) and
other benefits, if any, to which they are
entitled to, To the District Officer, Kerala Public
Service Commission District Office, Civil
Station, Kannur-670 002 within 15 days from
the date of publication of this Notification.
The Register Numbers of those candidates
who do not produce the required documents
within the prescribed time limit and whose
applications are found otherwise defective will
be deleted from the Short List without further
notice.
(v) The list containing the Register Numbers of
candidates whose answer scripts have been
invalidated due to various resons as per
Notification No. ER VII (3) 1654/11/EW dated
13-7-2012 is appended to this Notification.
(vi) The date, time and place of interview will be
intimated in due course.
(vii) Application for rechecking of answer scripts/
issuing of photocopy of answer scripts will
not be considered before publishing the
Ranked List.
Details in this regared will be
incorporated in the notification of the Ranked
List.
