THE KERALA STATE WAKF BOARD

NOTIFICATION

No. E4-1833/84/(2).

16th January 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred under

section 27 of the Wakf Act 1995 (Central Act 43 of 1995)

the Kerala State Wakf Board hereby delegates to the

Senior Superintendent, Kerala State Wakf Board,

Divisional Office, Malappuram all the powers and

duties under Sections 30(1), 32(2) (a), 32(2) (f),

32 (2) (i), 32 (2) (1), 32 (2) (m), 32 (2) (n), 36 (6),

36 (7), 44 (3), 44 (4), 47 (1) (a), 47 (1) (b), 72 (4), 72 (6),

72 (8), 77 (2) and 92 and Rule 113 of the Kerala Wakf

Rules 1996.

Explanatory Note

(This does not form a part of the notification, but is

intended to indicate its general purport.)

The Kerala State Wakf Board is of the opinion that it

is necessary in the interest of expediency and better

management of the wakf institutions in the Malappuram

District to delegate some powers to the Senior

Superintendent, Kerala State Wakf Board, Divisional

Office, Malappuram. Therefore, the Board in its meeting

held on 16-1-2013 decided to delegate the above powers

to the Senior Superintendent, Kerala State Wakf Board,

Divisional Office, Malappuram.

(This notification is intended to achieve the above

object.)
