to this selection shall remit the fee ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account: 0051 PSC-800 State PSC-99-
other Receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org)
along with the original chalan should be submitted to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service
Commission Office, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within 45 days from the date of approval of this ranked list (on or before
12-11-2012). A copy of answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated
due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is
not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Note:—II:
A period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates
with effect from the date of approval of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval
of Ranked List.
“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free
of cost from the Enquiry sections of the various offices of the commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and
printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications
submitted in any other manner will not be considered.”
The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee ` 50 under the Head
of Account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee”, addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations),
Kerala Public Service Commission Office, Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office within 45 days from the
date of approval of the Ranked List (on or before 12-11-2012). Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will
not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

this ranked list is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate.
Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited

against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 12-11-2012. Applications received after
the prescribed date will not be entertained.

the head of account “0051- PSC 105 State PSC 99 - Examination Fee”, addressed to District Officer, Kerala
Public Service Commission District Office, Alappuzha should reach the office on or before 12-11-2012.

Note:— (1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is
purely provisional, subject to scrutiny and
admission of applications on absolute basis.
Inclusion of Register Numbers in the
probability list does not confer any right on
the candidate for inclusion in the Ranked
List.
(2) The candidates who have secured 67 (sixty
seven) marks and above are included in the
Main List of the probability list and the
required marks have been lowered to the
extent necessary in respect of the
Supplementary List.
(3) Candidates included in the Probability List
should produce in person the original and
self attested copies of documents for
verification. Date, time and venue of
certificate verification of candidates other
than PH candidates included in this
Probability List is published with this list.
The suitability assessment of Physically
Handicapped candidates included in the
Main, Supplementary and PH lists will be
intimated later.
(4) According to the existing procedure,
revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed
but answer scripts can be rechecked after
the publication of Ranked List. Detailed
instructions will be published in the Ranked
List to be published for the post.
(5) Candidates belonging to Other Backward
Classes included in this list who are required
to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as
G..O. (P) No. 81/09/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009
shall produce the same along with the other
documents mentioned above at the time of
verification of original documents.
(6) Copy of answer scripts of the OMR test
held on 9-10-2010 will be issued to those
candidates who apply for the same remitting
the prescribed fee after approval of the
Ranked List. Candidates whose Register
Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer
to Notification No. ER VI (3) 113/2011/EW
dated 30-3-2012.
