TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the regular refilling of

toners and replacement of toner cartridge, drum, PCR and

other spares if necessary for the 82 numbers of Computer

Laser Printers available in the Police Stations/IP Offices/

Dy.SP Offices/ AR Camp/Women Cell and District Police

Office in the Kozhikode Rural District to be refilled on

demand for the period up to 31-3-2014. The model

numbers of the printer machines are furnished below. The

rate for toner refilling and replacement of each spare parts

should be quoted separately.

HP 1007 -31, HP 1522 -21, HP 2015 - 22, HP 1020 -3, HP

1505-2, HP M 1005-1 Canon 6018 -1, Canon 2900-1.

Intending tenderers may submit their applications

to the District Police Chief, Kozhikode (Rural), Vatakara-5,

and obtain the requisite tender form in which the tender

should be submitted. Applications for the tender forms

should be accompanied by a receipt for cash remittance of

` 420/-(including VAT) remitted at the District Police Office,

Kozhikode (R), Vatakara-5 and the said amount is not

refundable at any circumstances. The tender forms are not

transferable. Date and time of closing the issue of tender

forms will be on 9-4-2013 at 4 p.m. last date and time of

receipt of tender is 10-4-2013 at 4 PM. Cheque/Draft/Postal

Order and Postage Stamps will not be accepted towards

the cost of tender forms and tender forms will not be send

by V.V.P either. Duplicate tender form if required will be

issued at ` 210/- ( including VAT) per copy.

The envelop containing tender should be

superscribed “Tenders for refilling of toner of computer

laser printers of Kozhikode Rural District Police” with

tender number and addressed to the District Police Chief,

Puthupanam P.O., Vatakara-5. The tenders will be opened

at 11 a.m. on 11-4-2013 in the presence of such tenderers

or their authorized persons who may be present at that

time. The validity of tender is liable to the approval

of SPC.

CONDITIONS

1. Every

tenderer

should

remit

one

percentage as EMD (i.e. ` 4,000) in

favour of District Police Chief, Kozhikode

(Rural) either through DD or cash remittance at

this office.

2. The tenderer should enclose an agreement as

prescribed in tender forms in Stamp Paper

worth ` 100.

3. The successful tenderer should sign an agreement

in Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and deposit 5 %

value of the contract ` 10,000 as security deposit.

Further details can be had from the office of the

undersigned during office hours.

The District Police

Chief, Vatakara have the right to reject the tenders without

assigning any reason.
