the date of approval of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked
List.
Candidates desiring to rechecked the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post
may apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.
“Application for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of
cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and
printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied

The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the
Head of Account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee” addressed to the Deputy Secretary
(Examinations), KPSC, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office on or before
10-2-2011.
Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form
will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A& Part B) relating to this
selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of account : 0051 PSC-
800-State PSC-99 other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the
Commission’s website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The Deputy Secretary
(Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 (on or before 12-11-2012).
A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets
invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an
answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

A period of 45 days time for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the
date of approval of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of
Ranked List.
Candidates desiring to recheck the answer scripts relating to the written test held for selection to the post
may apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.
“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of
cost from the Enquiry Sections of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded
and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom.
Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.”
The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for ` 50 under the
head of account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee” addressed to the Deputy Secretary
(Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4. Application for
rechecking received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained and
fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the
Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 1-10-2009 and the verification of the documents that followed for selection
to the post of Binder Gr. II in Various Departments in Kottayam District (Category No. 264/2007) arranged in the order of
merit.
The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 27-9-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till the
publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever
is earlier. Candidates will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and
rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency
of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the
candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation
will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be
rechecked only after publication of Ranked List, if prescribed fee of ` 50 is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the
State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. Applications for rechecking of
answerscripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various
offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.org
or photocopied therefrom. The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for
rechecking.
In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit
enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking
will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection
shall remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-
800-Other receipts-99-Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s
Website: www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District
Office, Kottayam within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force.
A copy of the answer
sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.
Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be
initiated against those who do so.
Valid applications for Rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts addressed to the District Officer, KPSC
District Office, Kottayam shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into
force (ie., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of
applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answerscript is 12-1-2012. Applications for rechecking/obtaining
photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
Applications
for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
The fee
once remitted will not be refunded.
Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them
with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by
them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office,
Kottayam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which
they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised
as incorporated in this list.
