The tender for pre-qualification and execution of the

work are invited from financially sound and well

experienced Registered "A' class Contractors/Firms of

State Public Works Department/CPWD/Railways who have

successfully completed at least one similar work costing

more than 40% (Forty percentage) of the estimate P.A.C.

of work during the last five years. All bid/tender

documents are to be submitted online only and no

manual submission of the same shall be entertained.

Technical bid and Financial bid shall be submitted in their

separately designated online covers, two separate D.D.’s.

One for ` 2,000 taken in favour of the Secretary General,

IRC, Jamnagar House, Shajahan Road, New Delhi payable

at New Delhi and the other for ` 24,010 taken in favour

of the Superintending Engineer, NH South Circle,

Thiruvananthapuram, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. The

scanned copies of EMD, Cost of tender documents/bid

submission fee, Registration Certificate duly attested by a

Gazetted Officer, Preliminary agreement, Bid Capacity

Certificate/Experience Certificate shall be submitted online

and subsequently in a separate cover physically on or

payable at New Delhi”.

Bids must be accompanied with scanned copy of

financial instruments towards bid security specified for the

work above. Bid security will have to be in any one of

the forms as specified in clause 16 of the Standard

Bidding Document payable at Kochi in favour of the

Superintending Engineer, National Highway Central Circle,

On the opening day of technical bids, if the office

happens to be closed for any reason, the bids will be

opened on the next working day at the same time and

venue.

Bids shall be accepted only through online mod

and no manual submission of the same shall be

entertained.

Late online bids will not be accepted.

with the name of work. The tenders will be opened on

the last date of receipt at 11.30 a. m. in the presence of

available tenderers. If the last date of receipt of the

tender is to be declared as holiday, tenders will be

received on the next working day according to the

schedule fixed.

If the working of Banks or Post Offices, becomes a

holiday accidentally (declared holiday) either on the last

day or the day before the last day in the location where

the tender are received, thus the tender will be received

Preliminary agreement should be enclosed duly filled and

signed by the tenderers in Stamp Paper worth ` 100.

Tenders not complying with the above conditions will not
