Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection
shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account : 0051 PSC-105 State PSC other
receipts-99-other Receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission’s
website www.kerala psc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The Deputy Secretary, (Examinations),
Kerala Public Service Commission Office, Thiruvananthapuram-4 within 45 days from the date of approval of this
ranked list (on or before 21-12-2012). A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of
OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a
copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initated against those who do so.

A period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the
date of approval of the Ranked List . The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked List.
“Application for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of
cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and
printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied
therefrom.
Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.”
The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the
Head of Account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee” addressed to the Deputy Secretary
(Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission Office, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office
within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List on or before 21-12-2012.
Application for rechecking
received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

Commission District Office, Ernakulam within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force.
A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to
any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not
their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is

The list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till
the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years
whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders
regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the
Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there
is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list
at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names
in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be
rechecked, if the candidates apply for it along with chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only)
remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination
Fee” addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, KPSC, Pattom P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach
the office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force.
Applications for rechecking of answerscripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the
Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded from and printed in A4 size
paper from the Commission’s Website : www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other
manner will not be considered.
“Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be
considered.
In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit
enclosing Original Chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking
will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection
shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the
Head of Account “0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99 Other receipts”. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form
(available from the Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the
Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II KPSC Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked
List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheets
invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet
which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of
applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 16-3-2013. Applications for rechecking/obtaining
photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
Entries put in column 6 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and
proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in this
list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II KPSC,
Thiruvananthapuram, 695 004 within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation

4. SC/ST candidates, included in the Short List
shall be required to produce 2 copies of
Community Certificate issued by the Revenue
Authorities, not below the Rank of a Tahsildar.
The candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes
included in this list who are required to produce
Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P)
No. 81/09/SCSTDD dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same
along with the other documents mentioned above as and
when called for. Such candidates in the Main List who
fail to produce the required Community Certificate/Non-
Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit
of communal reservation and will be considered as open
competition candidates.
According to the existing procedure re-valuation of
answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply
for re-checking of their answer scripts only after the
approval of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed
instructions will be found in the Ranked List notification
for this post Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR
Test held on 27-5-2011 will be issued to those candidates
who apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after
approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register
Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to the

The following are the Register Numbers of
candidates who are provisionally considered for inclusion
in the Ranked List on the basis of Objective Type Test
(OMR Valuation) held on 17-11-2011 for selection to the
post of Statistical Assistant Gr. II/Statistical Investigator
Gr. II (SR for SC/ST), (Category No. 38/2010) on
` 5250-8390 (PR) in the Economics & Statistics
Departments in Pathanamthitta District notified in the
Gazette dated 27-2-2010.
The arrangement of Register Numbers in the list are
in their numerical sequence and the arrangement in no
way indicate the respective rank on the basis of marks
secured in the said test.
The original certificates to prove Date of Birth,
Community, Qualification, Service etc. in respect of the
candidates included in the Probability List will be verified
before the finalization of the Ranked List.

dated 30-11-2012 appended herewith are not
considered for inclusion in this list.
7. (i)
Rechecking of Answer Scripts will be
allowed only after the publication of the
Ranked List.
(ii) Copy of the OMR answer scripts will be
issued to those candidates who apply for
the same remitting the prescribed fee
after publication of the Ranked List.
Detailed instructions in this regard will be issued in

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type
(OMR Valuation) Test held on 31-7-2010 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the
probability list published on 23-7-2012 for the post of Last Grade Servants (Ex-servicemen only) on
` 4300-5930 in NCC/Sainik Welfare Department, (Category No. 239/2008) in Kozhikode District, for which notification for
selection was published in the Gazette dated 28-6-2008 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into
force with effect from 30-10-2012.
The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in
force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three
years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and
orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the
Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,
there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in this list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this
list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names
in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the Answer scripts will be
rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only)
remitted in anyone of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 STATE
PSC-99 EXAMINATION FEE”. The application for re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District
Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-673 020 within 45 days from the date on which this Notification is
officially released by the Public Service Commission ie, on or before 13-12-2012. Application for re-checking received after
the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from
the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size
paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other
manner will not be considered. Applications for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been
invalidated will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain photocopies of their OMR answer script (Part A & Part
B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any of the treasuries
in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800 Other Receipts-99-other receipts”. The duly filled in application in
the prescribed form (available from the Commissions website www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be
submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within
45 days of the date of publication of this Ranked List ie, on or before 13-12-2012. The application received after the
prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The Fee once remitted will not be refunded. A copy of an answer sheet will
be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued.
Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications
and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as
proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kozhikode
within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to.
In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of
communities specified in the list. The candidates who have obtained 38 (Thirty eight) marks and above in the Objective
