With reference to the provisional promotions in the

cadre of Grama Panchayat Secretaries done in the

Department of Panchayats as per orders with No.El-10/

2012 dated 9-3-2012, 25-6-2012, 10-7-2012, 21-7-2012, 25-9-

2012, 31-10-2012, 16-11-2012, 24-12-2012, 11-1-2013,

25-1-2013, 16-2-2013 and 2-3-2013 of the Director of

Panchayats and in accordance with Rule 31(a) (i) of Kerala

State and Subordinate Service Rules, the Departmental

Promotion Committee held on 26-3-2013 has recommended

for the regularisation of the following officers. The

recommendations of the Departmental Promotion

Committee has been accepted and the list of officers for

regularisation to the cadre of Grama Panchayat Secretaries
