TRAVANCORE DEVASWOM BOARD

PRELIMINARY NOTIFICATION

R.O.C. No. 139/12/ES6.

3rd April 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 35 of

the Travancore Cochin Hindu Religious Institutions Act

1950 (XV of 1950) the Travancore Devaswom Board

hereby proposes to make the following rules after

previous publication as required under sub section (3) of

Section 35.

RULES

These rules shall be called the rules and regulation

for providing Residential Telephones and Mobile Phones

to the President and Members of the Travancore

Devaswom Board during the period they are holding

office.

These rules shall come into force with retrospective

effect from 12-11-2012

1. President and Members of the Travancore

Devaswom Board shall be provided with free

residential telephones in the official residential

buildings at Thiruvananthapuram. So also their

present residential telephone in their permanent

residence will be treated as official telephones

2. The expense of the mobile phones under the use

of the President and Members will be met by the

Travancore Devaswom Board.

Notice is hereby given that the draft rules will

be taken into consideration after one month from

the date of publication of this draft in gazette.

Any objection or suggestion which may be received

from any person with respect to the said draft before the

expiry of the period specified above will be considered

by the Board. Objections and suggestions shall be

addressed to.the Secretary, Travancore Devaswom Board,

Nanthancode, Thiruvananthapuram-3.
