ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub section (1) of Section 81 of
the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, and in the light of the
recommendations made by the Registrar, High Court of Kerala as per the letter
read as 3rd paper above, Government are pleased to appoint Sri V. Dilip,
Additional District Judge (Adhoc)-III, Manjeri as the Kerala Co-operative
Tribunal, Thiruvananthapuram on deputation basis in place of
Sri George Mathew (Sr) who is under orders of repatriation to State Judiciary.
(2) The term of deputation will be for a period of one year from the date of
assuming charge as Kerala Co-operative Tribunal.
