TIMBER SALES DIVISION, PERUMBAVOOR
TENDER-CUM-AUCTION SALE NOTICE
No. A2-1687/2012.
17th May 2013.
It is hereby notified for the information of the
public that the undermentioned quantities of Softwood
Timber will be sold in tender cum public auction by the
Divisional Forest Officer, Timber Sales Division,
Perumbavoor or by his nominee at Chettikulam
Government depots specified in the schedule on the
dates noted against the depot. The auction will start at
10 a. m. on the scheduled dates. The auction will be
conducted subject to the conditions notified in the
Kerala Gazette No. 29 dated 25-12-2012 as per
Pro. (5)-26274/2012
dated
11-12-2012
of
the
Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (P),
Thiruvananthapuram.
Sealed tenders will be accepted till 9 o’ Clock on
the date of auction at the Depot Office. The tender forms
can be obtained from the concerned Divisional Forest
Office/Depot Office, on payment of ` 200 + ST from
3 days before auction date. No tender received after the
stipulated time will be accepted. The tenderer should
specify clearly the lot numbers intended to be bid and the
rates proposed, in the tender form. The lot numbers
should be inscribed on the cover also.
The sale of timber will take place lot wise, and the
sale of each lot will be knocked down against the rate bid
either in the auction, or in the tender which ever is
higher.
If the notified day happens to be a holiday the sale
will be conducted on the next working day at the same
place and time. If the produce is not sold on these days
for any reason the same will be put up for auction on
26-6-2013. Further details can be had from the
concerned depot. The quantity shown may vary subject to
the availability of timber.

It is hereby notified for the information of the public that the tender-cum-auction sale of Teak Poles, Teak billets
and teak fire wood available at Pottikkal Dumping Depot in Attappady Range and Mannathy, Kunthipadam Dumping
Depot in Mannarkkad Range of this Division as mentioned in the schedule below will be conducted on the dates noted
against each by the Divisional Forest Officer, Mannarkkad Division or any other officer authorised by him for the purpose
subject to the conditions published by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection)
Thiruvananthapuram vide No. Pro. (5) 26274/2012, dated 11-12-2012 in Kerala Gazette No. 29 dated
25-12-2012 in Forest Pages 456 to 461. If the date of auction happens to be a public holiday the sale will be conducted at
the next working day at the same place and time. If the rate fetched in auction sale founds to be not resonable, the
auction sale including the no bid lots will be conducted again at the same place and time as scheduled in column 6 of
the table below. If the materials are not sold out in the second date at reasonable prices, the auction sale will be
conducted on the third date including the no bid lots of 1st and 2nd date at the same place and date as scheduled in
