Whereas, the Anglo-Easten Ship Management (India)

Private Ltd. has deposited with this Court an amount of

` 8,61,120 ( Rupees Eight Lakh Sixty One Thousand One

Hundered and Twenty only) as Employees Compensation

payable to the dependents of the deceased Workman

Sri. Anoop Abraham who met with a fatal accident on

27-7-2012 arising out of and in the course of his

employment under the above employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Thalasery II Circle

(Kuthuparamba). It is understood that the following

persons are the dependents of the deceased Workman

within the meaning of Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees

Compensation Act, 1923.
