It is hereby publically notified for general information

that Muhassam Pallikkandy, Mubarack Manzil, Koya Road,

Puthiyangadi Village in Kozhikode Taluk has purchased on

the 26th day of July 2011 of a public auction 1/8^th share in

12.5 cents of land in T. S No. 21-35-803/4 in Panniyankara

Village, Panniyankara Desom, Kozhikode Taluk, Kozhikode

District sold for the recovery of Sales Tax arrears due from

Sri K. T. Moideen Koya, s/o Abdulla Koya, K. T. House,

Pallikkal Padam, Arts College, Panniyankara Village

Kozhikode the land holder and that the land will be

Registered in the name of Sri Muhassam Pallikkandy,

Mubarack Manzil, Koya Road, Puthiyangadi Village

in Kozhikode has succeeded to all right of

Sri K. T. Moideen Koya, s/o Abdulla Koya, K. T. House,

Pallikkal Padam, Arts College, Panniyankara Village

Kozhikode over the said land.

OF LAWFULL SUCCESSION OF PURCHASE OF

IMMOVABLE PROPOERTY

Whereas Sri Muhassam Pallikkandy, Mubarack

Manzil, Koya Road, Puthiyangadi Village in Kozhikkode

Taluk purchased for ` 2,42,050 (Two lakhs fourty two

thousand and fifty only) the immovable property specified

below at sale held by public auction 26-7-2011 for the

recovery of Sales Tax arrears amounting to ` 15,95,634 for

the period of 2000-2001 due from Sri K.T. Moideen Koya,

S/o Abdulla Koya, K. T. House, Pallikkal Padam, Arts Col-

lege, Panniyankara Village, Kozhikode whereas RDO

Kozhikode has confirmed the sale in his Order

No. 5488/12(2) dt. 26-12-2012 U/s 54 of Revenue Recovery

Act 1968. It is hereby declared U/s (1) of section 57 of

the said Act that the said Sri Muhassam Pallikkandy,

Mubarack Manzil, Koya Road, Puthiyangadi Village in

Kozhikode Taluk is lawfull successor to all the right of

the former land holder in the said immovable property.
