TENDER NOTICE
No. B-568/C.B./12.
1st June 2013.
Sealed tenders are invited for Campus Beautification
(Soil replacement, interlocking, tiling etc.) for an amount
of ` 65,000 limited under CDC fund (Plan Scheme) during
2013-14 to the Government College of Teacher Education,
Kozhikode.

The last date for receipt of tender in this office
is at 3 p. m. on 1-7-2013.
*
Late tenders will not be accepted on any
account.
*
Tenders will be opened at 4 p. m. on the same
day in the presence of those tenderers or their
nominees who may be presented at that time.
*
The intending tenderers may on application to
the Principal obtain requisite tender forms in
which tender should be submitted.
*
Application for tender form should be
accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 416
Regn. No. KERBIL/2012/45073
dated 5-9-2012 with RNI
Reg. No. cPn. \º¿
KL/TV(N)/634/2012-14
including VAT and for duplicate ` 208 including
VAT which is not refundable under any
circumstances.

Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m.
on 1-7-2013.

Tender forms are non transferable.
*
Cheques, DD and Postal Order will not be
accepted towards the cost of tender forms.
*
Those who require tender forms by post should
be sent the cost of tender form ` 448 by Money
Order.
*
Tenders should also be accompanied by requisite
EMD (1%).
*
More details can be had from the undersigned
during working hours.
*
The payment towards the items supplied will be
made only after getting the certificate from the
competent authority in this regard.

The Principal reserves the right to reject the
tender without assigning any reason thereof.
