Whereas, complaint has been made before me by the

Superintendent of Police, Thiruvananthapuram Rural that

Sri Binu @ Karumban Binu, Age 28, S/o Sri Bhadran,

Charuvilaveedu, Near Azhoor Govt. H.S., Azhoor Village,

Chirayinkeezhu Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District has

committed or suspected to have committed following

offences:

U/s 450, 395, 427 & of IPC and 3&5 of Explosive

Substances Act (Not considered).

2.

Crime No. 130/04 of Chirayinkeezhu Police Station

U/s 143, 147, 148, 149, 447, 452 IPC and 3&5 of

Explosive Substances Act (Not considered).

3.

Crime No. 160/04 of Chirayinkeezhu Police Station

U/s 307 & 34 and 27 of Arms Act of IPC (Not

considered)

4.

Crime No. 77/05 of Chirayinkeezhu Police Station

U/s 395 of IPC (Not considered).

U/s 457, 380 &34 of IPC (Not considered).

U/s 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 452, 308 IPC, 27 of Arms

Act and 3&5 of Explosive Substance Act.

And, it has been returned to Order of detention

No. CC19/ S13-27177/Camp/13 dated 8-4-2013 of this Court,

there upon issued that the said Sri Binu @ Karumban Binu,

cannot be found, and whereas it has been shown to my

satisfaction that the said Sri Binu @ Karumban Binu has

absconded or is concealing himself to avoid the service of

the said Order of detention.

Proclamation is hereby made that the said

Sri Binu @ Karumban Binu of Thiruvananthapuram District

to appear before the Office of the Superintendent of Police,

Thiruvananthapuram Rural, within 30 days of the publication

of this Order in the Kerala Gazette.
