NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3

and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)

read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules,

1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint

Sri M. F. Varkey, Advocate, Marakkasseril House,

Kadakkarappally P. O., Cherthala Taluk, Alappuzha-688 529

as Notary for a further period of five years with effect

from 3-6-2013 in the area comprising Cherthala Taluk in

the Revenue District of Alappuzha with Register

No. 34/97/ALPA.
