The following is the list of candidates for selection to the post of High School Assistant
(Social Studies) on ` 14620-25280 for Physically Handicapped Candidates-PH Backlog-in the Education Department in
Malappuram District, (Category No. 247/12) interviewed and found suitable by the Commission and arranged in the order
of merit. This ranked list is brought into force with effect from 18-12-2012.
The Ranked List is intended to make recruitment to the 3% backlog vacancies during the period from
1-1-2004 to 31-12-2007 earmarked for the various categories and PH groups as per G.O. (P) No. 7/2011/SWD dated

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the
Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 17-11-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidates
included in the Probability List published on 10-12-2012 for selection to the post of Statistical Assistant Grade-II/
Statistical Investigator GR-II SR for SC/ST (Category No. 38/2010) on ` 5250-8390 (PR) in Economics & Statistics
Department in Pathanamthitta District arranged in the order of merit.
The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 26-12-2012. The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum
period of one year provided that the said list continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after
the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list
will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended
from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the validity period of the list.
As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included
in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim
at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The candidates who have obtained 08 (Eight) marks or above in the objective type (OMR Valuation) test have
been included in the Main List of this Ranked List.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be
rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks for various
answers, if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any
one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection
shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under
the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-State PSC-99 Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form

the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Pathanamthitta within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has

limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.
In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit
enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking
will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application
forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly
noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public
Service Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta within 1 (One) month from the date of publication of the Ranked
List to get the benefit of reservation which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding
discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

produce the required Community Certificate/Non Creamy
Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of
communal reservation and will be considered as Open
Competition Candidates.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of
answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply
for rechecking of their answer scripts only after the
approval of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed

The inclusion of Register Numbers in the
Probability List does not confer any right on
the candidates for subsequent inclusion in
the Ranked List.
(2) The Probability List is prepared based on
the details furnished by the candidates in
the application and subsequent claims made
will not be entertained at any stage.
(3) Candidates, whose Register Numbers
included in the Probability List should
present in person at their own expense for
the verification of original certificates at the
time and venue specified in the appendix
with the certificates mentioned in the
schedule. The candidates absent for
verifications will not be considered for
selection.
(4) (i)
The candidates belonging to Other
Backward Classes included in the Probablity
List, who are required to produce Non
Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O. (P)
No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 shall
produce the same along with the other
documents at the time of certificate
verification.
(ii)
The candidates belonging to Scheduled
Castes and Scheduled Tribes included in
the Probability List shall produce
Community Certificate as in the form given
in the Kerala Gazette obtained from Tahsildar
along with other documents at the time of
certificate verification.
Such candidates in the Main List who fail
to produce the required Non creamy Layer
Certificate or Community Certificates will not
be entitled to the benefit of community
reservation and will be considered as Open
Competition Candidates. As regrads such
candidates in the Supplementary List, their
register numbers will be deleted from the
Probability List without further notice, if
they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer
Certificate/Community Certificate.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type
Test (OMR Valuation) held on 31-7-2010 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in
the Probability List published on 16-7-2012 for selection to the post of Last Grade Servants (Ex-Servicemen only) on
` 4300-5930 (PR) in the NCC/Sainik Welfare Department in Thrissur District (Category No. 239/2008) arranged in the order
of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 2-1-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the
publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years
whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders
regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the
Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,
there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the
list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names
in the list.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be
done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by
chalan under the Head of Account “0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”. The fee once remitted will not be
refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office. Application
for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the enquiry
sections of the various offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in
A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopies therefrom. Applications submitted in
any other manner will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part
A and Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the
Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800-Other Receipts-99 Other Receipts”. A Copy
of the answer sheet will be issued only one to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect
will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal
proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSC,
District Office, Thrissur shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into
force, (i.e., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for the receipt of
applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 16-2-2013. Applications for re-checking/
obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
Entries put in column 10 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their
application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been
correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala
Public Service Commission District Office, Thrissur within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to
get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding
discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.
Letter ‘R’ should be prefixed to the Register Number to denote Thrissur District.

The following are the Register Numbers of candidates who are considered for inclusion in the Ranked List for the
post of Village Extension Officer Gr. II (Special Recruitment from Scheduled Tribe only) on ` 5510-8590 (PR) in the Rural

(5) The candidates belonging to the other backward
classes included in the short list who are
required to produce Non-Creamy Layer
Certificate as per G.O. (P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST DD
dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along
with other documents mentioned above or as
and when called for Such candidates in the Main
List who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy
Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the
benefit of Community reservation and will be
considered as Open Competition candidates. As
regard to such candidates in the Supplementary
Lists of Other Backward Classes, their Register
Numbers will be deleted from the Short List
without further notice, if they fail to produce the
Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.
(6) The place, date and time of Interview will be
intimated in due course.
(7) Candidates whose register numbers are not
included in the Short List may refer to the

The following is the Ranked is the list containing the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the
Written Test held on 22-10-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability
List published on 6-10-2012 for the post of L.D. Clerk (Kannanda and Malayalam knowing) on ` 5250-8390 (PR)
(Category No. 138/2008) in the Various Departments in Kasaragod District arranged in the Order of Merit. The ranked
list is brought into force with effect from 1-2-2013.
The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period
of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment
in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable,
against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pending of the list. As the advice for appointment depends
on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment.
The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis
of the inclusion of their names in the list.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be
rechecked, if the candidates apply for the same along with a chalan receipt for prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty
only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99
Examination Fee”.
Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost
from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in
A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted
in any other manner will not be considered. Applications for rechecking of invalidated answer script will not be
entertained.
Valid applications for Rechecking of the Answer Script addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service
Commission District Office, “Tiger Hills”, Municipal Office Road, Pulikkunnu, Kasaragod-671 121 shall reach this office
within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. The last date for receipt of application
for rechecking of the Answer Script is 18-3-2013. Applications for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit
and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.
Entries put in Column 4 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application form and
proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the
list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service
Commission District Office, Kasaragod within 1 (One) month from the date of publication of the List, to get the benefit
of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the
candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
