G. O. (Rt.) No. 932/2013/LBR.

Thiruvananthapuram, 30th May 2013.

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that

an industrial dispute exists between the Director, MIT

Mission

Hospital,

Chanthappura,

Kodungallur,

Thrissur-680 664 and the workman of the above referred

establishment Sri C. K. Saleem s/o Kunjumoitheen,

Choolakadavil Veedu, Madavana, Eriadu P.O., Kodungallur,

Thrissur-680 666 in respect of matters mentioned in the

annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is

necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for

adjudication;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by

section 10 (1) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947

(Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct

that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication

to the Industrial Tribunal, Palakkad. The Industrial

Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three

months.

Whether

the

denial

of

employment

to

Sri C. K. Saleem, Employee MIT Mission

Hospital, Kodungallur is justifiable ? If not, what

relief he is entitled to get ?

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that

an industrial dispute exists between Sri Shaji, Chairman,

S. R. Educational & Charitable Trust, Akathumuri,

Vennikode P. O. and the worker of the above referred

establishment Smt. K. Anitha, ‘Lisha’, Puthenchantha,

Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram in respect of matters

mentioned in the annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is

necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for

adjudication;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by

section 10 (1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947

(Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct

that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication

to the Labour Court, Kollam. The Labour Court will pass

the award within a period of three months.

ANNEXURE

Whether the dismissal of Smt. K. Anitha, Clerk of

Sri Sankara Dental College Women’s Hostel,

Varkala by its management is justifiable ? If not,

what are the reliefs she is entitled to ?

Bishop Correspondent, Bible Faith Mission Residential

English Medium School, Mount Seenai, Malanchoottu,

Parasuvaikkal, Parassala, Thiruvananthapuram and the

worker

of

the

above

referred

establishment

Smt. J. Linimol, Thyplankalavila Veedu, Kuzhakkottukonam,

Parasuvaikkal P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 508 in

respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is

necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for

adjudication;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by

section 10 (1) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947

(Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct

that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication

to the Labour Court, Kollam. The Labour Court will pass

the award within a period of three months.

the Service of Bible Faith Mission Residential

English Medium School, by the Management is

justifiable? If not, what are the reliefs she is
