Whereas, the Divisional Manager, the Oriental

Insurance Company Ltd., Divisional Office, Kollam

has

deposited

with

this

Court

a

sum

of

` 6,40,706 (Rupees Six lakhs forty thousand

seven hundred and six only) as Compensation to be

distributed to the dependents of the deceased

Sri Rajan who met with a fatal accident while employed

under Sri Prakash Madhavan, Proprietor, Associated

Agencies, Pallithottam, Kollam and whereas it is

reported that

of the Employee’s Compensation Act. Any others who

claim to be the dependents of the deceased should

within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the

Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing

before me and prove the same. If no such claims are

received within the prescribed time the entire amount of

compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned

above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
