In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3

and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)

read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956

the

Government

of

Kerala

hereby

appoint

Sri Biju Hariharan, Advocate, Revathi, S-2, Sakthi Nagar,

Main Road, Tripunithura, Ernakulam-682 301 as Notary for

a period of five years with effect from 6-12-2010 in the

area comprising Kanayannur Taluk in the Revenue District

of Ernakulam and the area of practice further extended to

whole State of Kerala with effect from 15-6-2013 up to

5-12-2015 with Reg. No. 6/2010/EKM.
