Thiruvananthapuram, 15th June 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of

section 10 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of

1952) the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of

Smt. P. Usha Devi, Advocate, ‘Sivam’, II Right Lane,

Lenin Nagar, Poonkunnam, Thrissur-680 002 (Notary

Reg. No. 18/97/TCR) from the Register of Notaries with

effect from 3-3-2013, since she does not get her Certificate

of Practice renewed.
