In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3
and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)
read with sub-rule (4) of Rule 8 of the Notaries Rules,
1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appointed
Sri George M. George, Advocate, Karikottu House,
J. P. Nagar, Muthoor P. O., Thiruvalla-7 as Notary for a
period of five years with effect from 7-1-2012 in the area
comprising Thiruvalla Taluk in the Revenue District of
Pathanamthitta and the area of Practice further extended
to entire Revenue District of Pathanamthitta with effect
from 26-6-2013 upto 6-1-2017 with Reg. No. 2/99/PTA.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of
the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) the
Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of
Late N. Prakasan, Advocate, Retna Nivas, Kilimanoor P. O.,
Thiruvananthapuram (Notary Register No. 101/97/TVPM)
from the Register of Notaries with effect from 8-3-2012
since he has expired.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10 of
the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)
the Government of Kerala hereby remove the
name of Late K. S. Sajeev, Advocate, Kollamolel,
Kadackanadu P. O., Kolenchery, Ernakulam-682 311 (Notary
Register No. 2/2010/EKM) from the Register of Notaries
with effect from 21-11-2012 since he has expired.
