from the office of the undersigned on application in writing

and on payment of the cost of the tender form and taxes

31-7-2013. The filled up tenders will be received in this

office upto 3 p.m on 31-7-2013 and opened by the

undersigned or an Officer authorized by him on the same

day at 3.30 p.m. at the Office of Wildlife Warden,

Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the contractors

attending on the date. If the due date happens to be a

holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The earnest

money deposit noted against the work should be paid

along with the tenders by Demand Draft (cheque will not

be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned

payable at any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank.

Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are liable to

be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject

any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All

other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD and Forest

Department and modifications there of time to time are

applicable to this tender also. The tenders not containing

the prescribed preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth

` 100 will be summarily rejected. If there is no response to

any of the works included in this notification, the tender

will be again be conducted on 3-8-2013 as per the same

conditions mentioned above, at the same time and venue.

It is notified for the information of the public that the materials collected by final felling from 1950 Teak Plantation,

Anakulam, 1951 Teak Plantation, Inchapally, 1950 Teak Plantation, Kadakkamon and material collected from the site

proposed for Ambanar Model Forest Station, Channakkamon in Pathanapuram Range of Punalur Division will be sold in

tender/auction at the time and place mentioned in the schedule hereto attached by the Divisional Forest Officer, Punalur

or any other officer authorized by him for the purpose, subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 29

dated 25-12-2012 vide Notification No. Pro.(5) 26274/2012 dated 11-12-2012 of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator

of Forests (P), Forest Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram and other sale conditions prevalent in the Forest Department.

This Gazette Notification is available in the Kerala Forest Department website www.keralaforest.org. &

www.keralaforest.gov.in. Any further amendments if any made to the sale conditions by the Government after the

publication of this sale notification will also be applicable to the sale. If the notified date of tender/auction declared as a

holiday, the same will be conducted on the very next working day at the same place and time and if the sale is not

possible on the notified date due to other reasons the same will be conducted on the alternate date shown in the

schedule at the same place and time without further notification. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves about

the quality and quantity of the materials put up for sale before the commencement of the auction and any complaints

raised whatsoever will not be entertained once the sale proceedings are over. In case, any Government Department

requires any of the materials put up for auction, the quantity remaining after their selection alone will be auctioned. The

materials that are transported to dumping site before the auction date will also be included in the auction. The Tender/

Auction will commence at the time noted in the schedule in the dumping site and will continue till the sale of materials

lotted for the day is over.

Tender forms can be had from the Range Forest Office, Pathanapuram till 5 p.m. on the day before the date of

auction on payment of ` 200 + VAT. The last date and time of receipt of tender is at 9 a.m. on the auction date.

from the office of the undersigned on application in

writing and on payment of the cost of tender form either

in cash or by money order (not refundable) up to 1 p.m.

on 2-8-2013 and will be opened by the undersigned or

his deputee on the same day at 3.30 p. m. in the presence

of the applicants attending on that date. If the due date

happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be the

due date. Cost of tender forms will not be refunded at

any instances.

In addition to the above tender forms and tender

schedules can be downloaded from the Official website

of the Department www.kerala.gov.in/tender/intex.htm.

Filled up tender forms along with other documents shall

be submitted to the undersigned up to 3 p. m. on

2-8-2013 by post or any approved courier service. In the

case of downloaded tender applications, in addition to the

prescribed EMD, a demand draft for the tender form value

from a Nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Wildlife

Warden, Wildlife Division, Munnar payable at Munnar

shall also be enclosed. Other mode of remittance of tender

form cost is not acceptable.

The Earnest Money Deposit noted against the work

should be paid along with the tenders by DD (Cheques

or fixed deposit receipts will not be acceptable) in favour

of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank at

Munnar. Incomplete tender or tenders without EMD are

liable to be rejected. The preliminary agreement in stamp

paper worth ` 100 should be enclosed with tender. The

undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without

assigning any reason. All other conditions prevailing in

the Kerala Public Works Department and Forest

Department are applicable to this tender notification also.

If the tender is not conducted on the stipulated date

Separate E tenders are invited from eligible ‘A’ Class contractors registered in the Forest Department in pursuance

of G. O. (Ms.) No. 226/81 (F) dated 16-12-1981 for working down Timber, Billets and Teak Poles from the marked trees

standing in the plantations mentioned in the schedule below to the Govt. Timber Depots, Poles and Billetes at dumping

site mentioned in the same schedule. The tenderer is bound to comply with the terms and conditions in force, besides

the conditions that will be framed by the Government in future in connection with this tender. For submission of tenders

The successful contractor should submit a solvency from the revenue authorities or a bank guarantee issued by a

nationalized bank for 10% of the tender amount if the tender amount exceeds ` 3,00,000. The successful tenderer should

execute an agreement in the prescribed formate in stamp paper worth ` 100 within 15 days from the date of intimation of

acceptance of the tender after furnishing a security deposit equal to 10% of the tender amount or ` 1,00,000 whichever is

It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that Teak Poles collected from 1960 Punnamattam Teak

Plantation of Palappilly Range of Chalakudy Forest Division will be sold in Tender/Auction sale subject to detailed

Tender/Auction sale conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 29 dated 25-12-2012 vide notification

No. Pro(5) 26274/12 dated 11-12-2012 of Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram and other rules in

force, as per schedule furnished below. Tender forms will be available in Divisional Forest Office, Chalakudy Division,

Chalakudy on payment of ` 200 plus VAT. Sealed tenders will be received at Divisional Forest Office, Chalakudy

Division, upto 3 p. m. on the working day prior to the auction date and tenders received after the stipulated date and

time will not be entertained. If the date fixed for Tender/Auction happens to be a public holiday, harthal or strike, the

Auction sale will be held on the next working day at the scheduled time and place. Tender will be opened immediately

after auction sale and further action will be taken as per sale conditions. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves

about the quality and quantity of the thinned materials put up for Tender/Auction sale and no complaints will be

Teak poles taken to stock up to a day before the auction, will also be included in sale. If there is no bid or part bid 1st

date of auction proposed, undisposed teak poles/firewood will be put up for sale on subsequent dates as shown in the

schedule at the same time and place. The Auctioning Officer is empowered to conduct auction completely or partly and

postponement of auction without assigning any reason.

Post offer will be considered as per the terms and conditions.

Earnest Money deposit is ` 20,000 (Rupees Twenty thousand only). The remittance of the value and removal of

timber should be as per prevailing terms and conditions and also as per rule in time.
