Whereas, the Commissioner for Employees

Compensation, Thirunelveli, Tamil Nadu has deposited with

this Court an amount of ` 1,65,773 (Rupees One Lakh sixty

five thousand seven hundred and seventy three only) as

Employees Compensation payable to the dependents of

the deceased employee Sri Balan who met with a fatal

accident on 5-2-2009 arising out of and in the course of

his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Nedumangad it is understood

that the following persons are the dependents of the

deceased employee within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d)

of the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923.
