It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that Acacia timber collected from the various Acacia
plantations in Palode Range of Thiruvananthapuram Division will be sold in tender/auction sale as per the schedule
furnished below subject to the detailed Tender/Auction sale conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 49 dated
14-12-2010 in Forest sheet page No. 589 to 595 by Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide
Notification No. Pro (5) 5628/2010 dated 2-12-2010, and other rules and conditions in force. Tender forms will be available
in Divisional Forest Office, Thiruvananthapuram and Forest Range Office, Palode on payment of ` 200 and VAT. Tenders
will be accepted till the date fixed for tender/auction sale upto 9 a.m. in Range Office, Palode as the case may be. Tenders
received after the stipulated date and time will not be entertained. If the date for Re-Tender/Re-Auction happens to a
Public holiday, harthal or strike, the auction sale will be held in the next working day at the scheduled time and place.
Tenders will be opened immediately after the auction sale and further action will be taken as per sale conditions. The
intending bidders should satisfy themselves about the quantity and quality of the materials put up for tender/auction sale
and no complaints will be entertained later on regarding the same. Further details of tender/auction sale will be available
from the Range Office, Palode. Materials taken to stock up to the day before the auction will be included in sale and
hence the quantity shown is approximate. If there is no bid or part bid in the 1st day of auction, the remaining materials
will be put up for sale on subsequent dates and time shown in the schedule. The Auctioning Officer has discretion to
conduct the auction completely or partially and to postpone the auction without assigning any reason, thereof.

Identity Card, Driving Licence, Indian Passport etc. along
with Registration Certificate in original to get the tender
form. The tender form should be properly filled up and
should be submitted on or before 2 p. m. on the date of
tender. It should be accompanied by all necessary
documents along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of
Bankers DD or fixed deposit or National Savings
Certificates pledged in favour of Deputy Conservator of
Forests & Wildlife Warden, Wayand Wildlife Division,
Sulthan Bathery payable at Sulthan Bathery. The intending
tenderers should also furnish a preliminary agreement in
stamp paper worth ` 100 along with tender of each work.
Incomplete tender or tenders without necessary
documents or tenders not in accordance with tender
conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened
by the Deputy Conservator of Forests & Wildlife Warden
or an officer authorised by him at 3.30 p. m. on the
same day, in the presence of those tenderers who are
present at that time. The Deputy Conservator of
Forests & Wildlife Warden reserves the right to reject any
tender, either partly or wholly without assigning any
reason thereof. If the tender could not be conducted on
the notified date due to any reason, it will be conducted
at the same place and time on the next working day as
per the same conditions.
If the tender for all work or any of the work could
not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for
such work/works will be conducted at the same place and
time with same conditions on 20-8-2013. If the tender
could not be conducted on that day also, it will be
conducted on 27-8-2013. If it could not be conducted on
that day also, it will be conducted on 30-8-2013. All
existing rules, regulations, directions, conditions prevailing
in Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department and Store
Purchase Department in respect of civil works shall be
applicable in this works and tender also.
