Petitioners :—Bhuvanendran Nair and Smt. Prasanna.

Vs

Respondents :—Salim and 20 others.

Under Section 31 of the Insolvency Act 1955 notice

is hereby given that the above mentioned petitioners have

been adjudged insolvent on 27-3-2013 and they should

apply for discharge on or before six months from

27-3-2013.

Creditors should prove their claim within three (3)

months from the date of publication of this notice in the

Gazette, by delivering or sending by registered post to

the Receiver an affidavit in Form No. 5 of the Kerala

Insolvency Rules. They should also give the Receiver all

necessary instructions and provide him funds where

necessary.
