the members of Maney And Company Private Limited at

the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the company held

on 31-12-2012 at its registered office, have passed the

following Special Resolution to wind up the above

company voluntarily:

“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to section 484 (1) (b) of the

Companies Act, 1956, the company be wound up and

instructed to give notice of this resolution by

advertisement in the official Gazette and also in one news
