The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable by the Commission on the basis of the result

of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 24-2-2011 and followed by a physical measurement and practical test held

on 20-11-2012, 21-11-2012 and 22-11-2012 for selection to the post of Seaman (NCA-Ezhava, Muslim, LC) on

` 5250-8390 (Category No. 152/2009) in Port Department in Kollam District, arranged in the order of merit. The

Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 22-4-2013. The Ranked List will be in force until the candidates are

advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for Ezhava, Muslim & LC Communities, but remain unfiled due

to the paucity of candidate during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post on 20-4-2007 in Kollam

District.

All the candidates participated in the practical test were included in the Ranked List for the above post.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed.

But re-checking of marks will

be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State

under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”. Application for re-checking of answer

Commission. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Candidates who wish to obtain Photocopy of their Answer Sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall

remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) by way of chalan in any one of the Treasuries in

the State (Head of Account “0051-PSC-800 Other receipts-99-other receipts”). The duly filled up application in the

Prescribed form (available from the Commission’s website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the

District Officer, KPSC District Office, Andamukkom, Kollam. Copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a

candidate. Copies of OMR Sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from

applying for copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those

who do so.

Valid applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts addressed to the District Officer, KPSC

District Office, Andamukkom, Kollam shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List

has come into force (ie., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission).

The last date for receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 5-6-2013.

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the

Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 26-2-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidates

included in the Probability List published on 29-11-2012 for selection to the post of Assistant Salesman

(Category No. 098/2010) on ` 4510-6230 (PR) in Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Limited in Pathanamthitta District,

arranged in the order of merit.

The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 5-4-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication

of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier.

Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and

rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the validity

period of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all

candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation

Officer, KPSC District Office, Pathanamthitta within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come in to force.

A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect

will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal

proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form

available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or

downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom.

Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Valid applications for Re-checking/obtaining photocopy of Answer Scripts along with original chalan receipt

addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta shall reach this office

within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into fore (ie., the date on which the Ranked List has

been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the

answer script is 20-5-2013. Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit or not

in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of

candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing orginal

chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to

the candidates from this office.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application

forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correct1y noted

in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get

the benefit of reservation which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any,

the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list
