Sealed tenders are invited for the AMC & Services

for the CCTV Cameras and allied facilities installed in

Sree Padmanabha Temple so as to reach this office on or

before 12 Noon on 10-9-2013.

Tender No. and Name of item—35/13— AMC for the

CCTV Cameras and allied facilities installed in Sree

Padmanabha Temple.

EMD required—` 10,000

Cost of tender forms—` 1,500 + 5% VAT.

Date and time of tender opening—10-9-2013, 3.30 p. m.

The tenders should be superscribed with tender

Number and name of the item and addressed to the State

Police Chief, Police Headquarters, Vellayambalam,

Thiruvananthapuram-695 010, Kerala. Late tenders will not

be accepted.

The tenders will be opened at the time mentioned

above, in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised

representatives (with proof of identity) who may be persent

at that time.

Intending tenderers may, on application to the State

Police Chief, obtain requisite tender forms on which the

tenders should be submitted.

Application for tender forms should be accompanied

by a cash remittance price fixed for the form which is not

refundable. The tender forms are not transferable. The sale

of tender form will be closed at 12 Noon on 10-9-2013.

Cheques, Drafts, Postage Stamps, etc. will not be

accepted towards the cost of forms nor the forms sent

by VPP. However money orders (including telegraphic

money orders) sent in the name of the Assistant

Inspector General of Police, Police Headquarters,

Thiruvananthapuram-10 will be accepted. The amount

should include the postage/courier charges for sending

tender documents. The money order along with the

request should reach Police Headquarters at least 7 days

before the closing of the sales of the tender documents

enabling us to send the documents well in advance.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) should be furnished

along with the tender. EMD may be submitted either in

crossed Bank Drafts/Treasury Savings Bank Deposits/

Government Promisery Notes/Bank Guarantee or National

Inspector General of Police, Police Headquarters,

Thiruvananthapuram-10. The firms which are exempted

from furnishing EMD should produce a copy of relevant

authorised document for verification. The Tenders without

EMD will be cancelled. The quoted amount should be

inclusive of all taxes and levies. Considering the urgency

the lowest quoted bidder should be ready to begin the

AMC from 30-10-2013. The AMC period will be from

30-10-2013 to 29-10-2014.

Specifications and list of items of each tender shall

be obtainable from PHQ with the tender forms during the

working hours of Police Headquarters. The firms should

also furnish the detailed specifications, make, brochures,

Test Report from Govt. Laboratories/Agencies (wherever

possible), along with the tenders. The tenders without

separate envelope and not superscribing the tender

number and sample will be rejected.

As the items are urgently required, the selected

bidder will have to supply the item without loss of time.

Those firms registered with Store Purchase Rule

Department and is under the control of Government

should enclose the certificate in proof of it.

The State Police Chief is empowered to reject any

tender without assigning any reason.
