In exercise of the powers conferred on me under

Section 8 (b) of the Customs Act, 1962, I, Jagdish Singh,

Commissioner of Customs, Custom House, Cochin,

hereby declare the following area of Cochin Port Trust,

Willingdon Island, Ernakulam District in the state of Kerala

as per limits specified in the Table below to be the

“Customs Area”, for the purpose of storing imported

Timber Logs imported at port of Cochin and approve the

said area under Section 8(a) for unloading and storing of

imported Timber Logs. (This is in addition to the 56717

sq. metre of adjacent area already notified for the same

purpose vide Notification 3/2011 dated 23-8-2011).
