The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from

the date on which this ranked list is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once

to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates

are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will

be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of application is 6-5-2013. Applications received

after the prescribed date will not be entertained.

II. A period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of answer scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect

from the date on which the Ranked List is brought into force. The candidates can avail only one chance.

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the

Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 12-6-2010 and the verification of original documents of the candidates

included in the Probability List published on 17-9-2012 for selection to the post of Villageman (Category No. 508/2009)

on ` 8730-13540 in Revenue Department in Pathanamthitta District arranged in the order of merit.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 9-4-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the

publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the validity period of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies,

there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the

list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in

the list.

The candidates who have obtained 78 (Seventy Eight) marks or above in the objective type (OMR Valuation) test

have been included in the Main List of this Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary

in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be

re-checked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of Marks for various

answers, if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in

any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee”.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection

shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under

the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800-State PSC 99-Other receipts”. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form

(available from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted

to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta within 45 days from the date

on which this ranked list has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate.

Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for

a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script along with original chalan receipt addressed

to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Pathanamthitta shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on

which this Ranked List has come into force (i.e., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the

Commission). The last date for receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the Answer Script is

23-5-2013. Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit or not in the

prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of

candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing

original chalan receipt as stated above the marks awarded will be re-checked and the result of the re-checking will

be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their

application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been

correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala

Public Service Commission, District Office, Pathanamthitta within one month from the date of publication of the ranked

list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding

discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

Weightage marks for nativity will be granted subject to final orders in W. A. No. 618/12 pending before the

Hon. High Court of Kerala.

The following list contains the name of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type

(OMR Valuation) Test held on 19-4-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the

probabilty list published on 5-1-2013 for selection to the post of Assistant Salesman in Kerala State Civil Supplies

Corporation Limited in Wayanad District (Category No. 98/2010) notified in the Gazette dated 16-4-2010 on ` 4510-6230

(PR) arranged in the order of merit.

The ranked list is brought into force with effect from 22-4-2013. The ranked list will be in force till the publication

of a new ranked list after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier.

Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation

and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the

pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that

all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation

will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of Answer Script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be

rechecked, to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks for various answers

if the candidates apply for rechecking, remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the

Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051 PSC-105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee”.

Application for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered. The valid applications for rechecking of answer script along with the original chalan

receipt for prescribed fee addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Wayanad,

shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (i.e. the date on which

the ranked list has been approved by the Commission). Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit

or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the

case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prcscribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing

original chalan receipt as stated above the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be

intimated to the candidates from the office. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts

have been invalidated will not be considered.

Candidate who wish to obtain photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A&B) relating to this selection shall

remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-99-

other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available on the Commission’s Website

www.keralapsc.org) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office,

Wayanad within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will

be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates

are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated

against those who do so. The last date for the receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer

scripts is 5-6-2013. Application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the

prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them

with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by

them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District

Office,Wayanad within I (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to

which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be

advised as incorporated in this list.
