It is notified under Section 15 of the Kerala University

Act, 1974 ( Act 17 of 1974) that in exercise of the powers

conferred by sub section (1) of section 11 of the Kerala

University Act 1974 (Act 17 of 1974) the Chancellor of the

University of Kerala is pleased to appoint

Dr. Veeramanikandan, Associate Professor in Psychology,

Government College for Women, Vazhuthacaud,

Thiruvananthapuram as the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the

University of Kerala for a period of four years from

the date on which he assumes charge of office.

Accordingly, Dr. Veeramanikandan N, assumed charge

as Pro-Vice Chancellor on the F. N. of 23-8-2013.

The powers and functions of the Pro. Vice Chancellor

shall be determined by the Chancellor in consultation with

the Vice-Chancellor as provided under section 11 (6) of the

Act.
