Notice is hereby given for general information that

the members of Mikhael Fincorp Limited at the Annual

Meeting

of

the

Company

held

31-5-2013 at its Registered Office, have passed the

following Special Resolution to wind up the above

Company voluntarily:

“Resolved that pursuant to Section 484(1) (b) of the

Companies Act, 1956, the Company be wound up and,

Mr. Babu Vazhappilli Jose, Managing Director of the

Company, be instructed to give notice of this resolution

by advertisement in the official Gazette and also in one

News Paper circulating in the District of the registered

office of the Company within fourteen days from this

date.”

“Resolved further that pursuant to Section 490(1) of the

Companies Act, 1956, Mrs. Lissy Babu be and is hereby

appointed as the liquidator for a remuneration of

` 10,000 and Mr. Babu Vazhappilli Jose be instructed

to give a notice of such appointment to the Registrar

of Companies.”
