Inclusion of the Register Numbers in this list

is purely provisional, subject to scrutiny

and admission of applications on absolute

basis. The inclusion of Register Numbers in

the Short List does not confer any right on

the candidates to be called for interview or

for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

The Short List is prepared based on the

details furnished by the candidates in the

application and subsequent claims made will

not be entertained at any stage.

Candidates whose Register Numbers are

included in the Short List are directed to

send self attested copies of documents to

prove their claims made in the application, ie,

Qualifications date of birth, Community and

other benefits,if any, to which they are

entitled to ‘The Under Secretary, Corporation

Requritment Wing (CR), Office of the

Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom,

Palace P. O, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004

within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of

publication of this notification. The register

numbers of the candidates who do not

produce the required documents within the

presdcribed time limit and whose applications

are found otherwise defective will be deleted

from the short list without further notice.

The candidates who have secured 66 (Sixty Six)

marks and above are included in the Main List of this

Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the

extent necessary in respect of the Supplimentary Lists.

SC/ST candidates included in the Short List are

required to produce 2 (Two) copies of Community

Certificate issued for procuding before the Public Service

Commission.

The Candidates belonging to Other Backward Class

included in the Short List, who are required to produce

Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G. O (P) No. 81/09/

SC/STDD dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along

with the other documents mentioned above as and when

called for. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to

produce the required Community Certificate/Non Creamy

Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of

Community reservation and will be considered as Open

Competition cadidates and such Candidates who are

included in the supplementary lists will not be considered

for this selection if they fail to produce NCLC/CC as the

case may be.

The date, time and place of interivew will be

intimated in due course. According to the existing

procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed.

But candidates can apply for rechecking for their answer

scripts after publication of the Ranked List for the post.

Detailed instruction will be found in the Ranked list

notification for the post.

Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR test held on

12-10-2011 will be issued to those candidates who apply

for the same remitting the prescribed fee after publication

of the Ranked List. Candidates whose register numbers

are not included in the short List are advised to refer to

the Invalidation Notification No. ER V(1)/5248/2011/EW

dated 10-5-2013.

once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates

are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be

initiated against those who do so.

II. A period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from

the date of approval of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of

Ranked List.

Candidates desiring to get their answer script rechecked to the written test held for selection to the post may apply

for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List (on or before 27-6-2013).

“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size

paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other

manner will not be considered.”

The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the

Head of Account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee” addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala

Public Service Commission, Pattom,Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office within 45 days from the date of approval

of the Ranked List (on or before 27-6-2013). Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be

entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

(OMR Valuation) Test held on 11-2-2011 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the

Probability List published on 1-2-2013 for selection to the post of Electrician (Category No. 203/10) on ` 5650-8790 in

Health Services Department in Palakkad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought in to force

with effect from 3-5-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a

minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised

for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time,

if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for

appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will
