Employees Compensation payable to the dependents of the

deceased workman Sri George Varghese who met with a

fatal accident on 4-7-2011 arising out of and in the course

of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Kannur IInd Circle it is

understood that the following persons are the dependents

of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section

2(1) (d) of the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923.
