Whereas M/s. New India Assurance Company

Limited, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this

Court an amount of ` 2,98,628 (Rupees Two lakhs ninety

eight thousand six hundred and twenty eight only) as

Employees Compensation payable to the dependants of

the deceased employee Sri Shajahan who met with a

fatal accident on 30-9-2006 arising out of and in the

course of his employment under the employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the

Assistant Labour Officer, Nedumangadu, it is understood

that the following persons are the dependants of the

deceased employee within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d)

of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923.
