NOTIFICATION

Thiruvananthapuram, 4th October 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3

and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)

read with sub-rule (4) of Rule 8 of the Notaries

Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby appoint

Sri P. Anil, Advocate s/o of T. Achuthan Nair,

Thiruvathira, Thuluchery, Thalap East, P. O. Pallikkunnu,

Kannur, Pin-670 004 as Notary for a period of five

years with effect from 4-10-2013 in the area comprising

Kannur Taluk in the Revenue District of Kannur with

Reg. No. 5/2013/KNR.
