PROCLAMATION REQUIRING THE APPEARANCE

OF A PERSON ACCUSED

Thiruvananthapuram

Case No. CC 78/S13-73416/13/Camp.

24th October 2013.

Whereas, complaint has been made before me

by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (L&O),

Thiruvananthapuram City that Sri Arun Chandran @

Binu, s/o Sri Chandrasekharan Nair, Sreejalayam, Chavadi

Nada, Venganoor, Venganoor Village, Thiruvananthapuram

District has committed or suspected to have committed

following offences:

1.

Crime No. 881/11 of Vizhinjam Police Station.

2.

Crime No. 584/11 of Vizhinjam Police Station.

3.

Crime No. 617/11 of Kovalam Police Station.

4.

Crime No. 404/12 of Vizhinjam Police Station.

5.

Crime No. 1077/13 of Vizhinjam Police Station.

6.

Crime No. 351/11 of Vizhinjam Police Station.

And, it has been returned to Order of detention

No. CC 78/S13-73416/13/Camp dated 4-10-2013 of this

Court, there upon issued that the said Sri Arun Chandran

@ Binu cannot be found, and whereas it has

been shown to my satisfaction that the said

Sri Arun Chandran @ Binu has absconded or is

concealing himself to avoid the service of the said Order

of detention.

Proclamation is hereby made that the said

Sri Arun Chandran @ Binu of Thiruvananthapuram

District to appear before the office of the Deputy

Commissioner of Police (L&O), Thiruvananthapuram City

within 30 days of the publication of this Order in the

Kerala Gazette.
