In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 (2)
of the Kerala Civil Courts Act 1957, and in partial
modification of the notification of even number dated
4-9-2013, the High Court of Kerala hereby nominates
Shri M. Nandakumar, Wakf Tribunal/Additional District
Judge-III, Kollam in the District of Kollam, to exercise of
the powers conferred by the said section during Onam
Vacation from Friday, the 13th September 2013 to Friday
the 20th September 2013 (both days inclusive) vice
Shri P. Krishnakumar, Additional District Judge-II, Kollam.

Procedure 1973 (Act 3 of 1974) the Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Thrissur hereby defines the local areas shown
in Column No. II within which the persons mentioned in
Column No. I of the schedule hereunder may exercise
all or any of the powers which has been invested under
the Code from the date of taking charge.
