NOTIFICATION

Thiruvananthapuram, 1st November 2013.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and

5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read

with sub-rule (4) of Rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the

Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri Umesh Kumar, A. K.,

Advocate, s/o P. Krishnan Nair, Santha Nivas, Karanthur P. O.,

Kunnamangalam (via.), Calicut, Pin-673 571 as Notary for a

period of five years with effect from 1-11-2013 in the area

comprising Judicial 1st Class Magistrate Court,

Kunnamangalam in the Revenue District of Kozhikode

with Reg. No. 3/2013/KKD.
