SHORT TENDER NOTICE
[No. 33/2013-14]
No. S1/8840/13/AVC.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the
“lnstallation of new water meter connection, concerned
plumbing and civil construction works of the new block
and canteen of Government Ayurveda College Panchakarma
Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram” as per the details
appended here with.
The envelopes containing the tender should bear the
Superscription “Tender for the Installation of new water
connection, concerned plumbing and civil construction
works of the new block and canteen Government
Ayurveda
College
Panchakarma
Hospital,
Thiruvananthapuram”. The last date of the receipt of
tenders will be at 3. p. m. on 20-12-2013. The late tenders
will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30
p. m. on 20-12-2013 in the presence of such of the
tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be
present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal,
Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to
obtain tender forms on which tenders should be
submitted. Application for the tender form should be
accompanied by cash remittance of ` 420 (cost of tender
form ` 400 + VAT ` 20) which is the price fixed for
a form and which is not refundable under any
circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of
tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 19-12-2013.
Cheque, Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards
the cost of forms nor will the tender forms be sent by
V.P.P. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post
shall send an additional amount of ` 50 by Money Order
to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required
will be issued at ` 210 (cost of tender form
` 200 + VAT ` 10) per copy.
